Service.

These terms govern the use of software products and services provided by Solaire Software B.V., based in the Netherlands. By using any Solaire Software product or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Solaire Software provides custom software development, product licensing, and related services to companies in the travel sector.

Specific deliverables, timelines, pricing, and service scope are defined per engagement in a separate agreement or statement of work.

Software built specifically for a client is owned by the client upon full payment, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Product licenses (InsightX, TravoraCMS, Voyaxis, BusCalculator) are licensed — not sold. You receive a right to use the product; ownership remains with Solaire Software.

Invoices are due within 30 days unless stated otherwise. Late payment may result in suspension of services.

All prices are exclusive of Dutch VAT (BTW) unless explicitly stated.

Solaire Software's liability is limited to the amount invoiced in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, data loss, or damages caused by third-party integrations or infrastructure.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the engagement. This obligation continues for two years after the engagement ends.

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. Work completed up to the termination date is invoiced and payable.

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in the Netherlands.
